		<description>I have finsihed this challenge and want to stat5 fresh in 2009, so here is what i saw and reaqd

1,  Steinbeck, John  Of Mice and Men  
 it&#039;s the story of George Milton and Lennie Small, ranch hands who drift from job to job, always one step 

ahead of the law and a few dollars from the poorhouse.
2.  Lehane, Dennis  Mystic River 
When a man&#039;s) daughter is murdered, one of his oldest friends  is assigned to head up the police 

investigation, while another of their friends is a suspect.  
3.  Steinbeck, John  Cannery Row
Cannery Row is a small strip of land near a sardine fishery. It takes place in the depressionwith a motley 

group of characters..  
4.Stephanie Meyers  Twilight
This fantasy book sries feaures Edward the Vampire, who has difficult controllinghis blood lust  and Bella the 

young innocent teenager. Bella is so in lvoe with E$dward she takes the chance.
5. Koontz, Dean  Hideaway
A couple coming down a mountain highway in snow go off the road and the hsuband dies and is brotght back to 

life by an amazing doctor.  This opens the gate for a maleviolent spirit that pleaguyes them.
