		<description>When I was in junior high, they showed The Pit and the Pendulum
and I remember that being so totally scary! We were all screaming! &quot;Course that was part of the fun of it.

The Shining is quite scary too. I&#039;ve never read the book though.

And Jaws. Again, I&#039;ve never read the book! But the movie is pretty scary... or was in it&#039;s day.</description>

		<description>I&#039;m with you, Poe and October go hand in hand.  I enjoy both of those stories as well.  I don&#039;t know what my favorite is.  My first ever experience with Poe was in junior high reading Masque of the Red Death and soon afterward I read Fall of the House of Usher, so both of those rank really high on my list.

I think movies and books can creep me out fairly equally depending on how they are written/filmed.  Film is probably easier to get creeped out with though.</description>
