I loved Rebecca. (Also the “sequel,” Rebecca’s Tale). I just finished The Mistress of Mellyn (V. Holt) and we were describing it recently as a cross between Rebecca and Jane Eyre…..good stuff!
I haven’t read any of the titles you list–yet. They all sound so good!
I have the Mysterious Benedict Society in my TBR and never got around to it, I’ve heard some great things about it though.
I love your taste in reading. All the ones that you loved (that I happen to have read), I loved, too. So the ones that I haven’t read, I’m putting on my list, stat.
I liked Guernsey and Rebecca too. I’ll have to look into some of the others on your list.
