So, some of you may have noticed, well, crickets over here at The Bluestocking Society. January has and is and will be a stressful month due to buying my first house and the attendant packing, moving, and unpacking; attending the Sundance Film Festival; and completing a myriad of job and family related obligations. I think because of this I’m not focusing well on my reading and haven’t been sleeping well.
So, I’m going to take a little hiatus from the blog, with these scheduled exceptions:
- Friday, January 16, 2009 – Announcement of the winner of The Art of Racing in the Rain!
- Monday, January 19, 2009 – Blog tour stop from M.J. Rose, complete with a review of her new book, The Memorist, and a giveaway.
- February 2ish, 2009 – Review of North of Beautiful, by Justina Chen Headley
- February 9, 2009 – Blog tour stop from Justina Chen Headley, complete with a guest post from the authoress herself.
Stay tuned. I’ll move, unpack, unwind, and be back.
