I tried to go back and read your review of after the moment and the link is broken.

It looks like you had a great month! Wasn’t BBAW fun?

How are you liking The Kite Runner so far? I can’t believe Hosseini made it to the ALA’s *banned* books list! It’s quite ridiculous tbh. I came across a really nice quote by him the other day (you can read the whole thing on http://www.infloox.com/influence?id=29188c8e) and it turned me on to Yann Martel’s work too. Banned or not, he’s making a massive impact in literary circles anyway, and I doubt the ALA will really have that large an effect on him.

Thanks again for the great interview! :)
I have And Only to Deceive in my stacks waiting to be read, and must try to fit it in one of these days.

I missed your post on Rape: A Love Story! I’d love to know what you thought of it. I happen to ADORE JCO, and I thought RALS was done very well. It gave me a lot to think about!
