Most people are Team Peeta, much to my chagrin.

I agree with softdrink, that Collins did a fantastic job of really setting up Panem.

Thanks for linking to my review! I totally agree with you about Peeta. I think because the reader gets to know him better through the games, it’s easier to be rooting for him instead of Gale.

I think one of the strengths of this book was how well she built Panem, and the daily struggle for existence in District 12. That is, by far, my favorite part of the series.
