I’m in! Not only reading deliberately, but buying used books judiciously for my store. Want to have the highest quality used books in Maine.
Current read: The Children’s Book by AS Byatt. (Wonderful & meaty) Next: After the Flood by Margaret Atwood. Also some old Gerald Durrell.

My resolution is to let my whims take over my reading. I’ll read whatever that interests me at the moment, and not to be limited by challenges and deadlines. I’ll be reading stuffs that are suitable for challenges but not joining them. I also have a stack of movies and BBC episodes that are based on novels. I would like to read the book and watch the adaptation. I’ll focus on NYRB series titles, Virginia Woolf, British novels, Booker Prize titles, and GLBT literature.

I'm not making a list of authors I want to read though I have been tempted. I want to read more by Steinbeck and Pulitzer prize winners but in drama too. The Steinbeck read-along is going on now.
