Again, this was a slow reading month. I have just in the last week begun reading again after having my baby.

Book Club

Fairy Tale Month, including Beauty, by Robin McKinley; Meeting – 2/18/2010

I missed the meeting this month because I had a baby (and a c-section) on the ninth. I enjoyed Beauty, though.

I had my baby on February 9th! All other activities came to a screeching halt.

It’s been pretty hard with the reading, but now that the colic (and the worst) is over, I have been able to get back at reading and reviewing books! I hope you will have an easy time and I wish you all the best for you and your baby.

I know how you feel, I didn’t read anything for 3 or so weeks after having my baby either, but I ended up getting back in the swing of things pretty quickly after that. If you are nursing, that is always a good time to read.
